Admissions: Academic Term

Thank you for considering Columbia Academy for your child.

Due to the individualized nature of our program, new students are accepted year-round when space is available.  PreK enrollment begins around age 4; please feel free to request a spot on our wait list if your child is younger. 

The enrollment process can be completed in a matter of days when necessary.  Of course, you will want to visit the school first.

To arrange a tour, call (503) 699-1012 or send an email to our Admissions Director.  Please include your phone number and the best time to reach you.  To apply for enrollment, a Student Application must be completed.  It may be hand-delivered, faxed to (503) 699-1013 or mailed to P.O. Box 101, West Linn, Oregon 97068.

Upon receipt of your application, a "free day" can be scheduled.  This allows your child to spend some time at Columbia and see what it's like.  During this period, we will test his or her reading and math skills to determine the ideal class placement.

Test results and a full program recommendation will be provided to you within a day or two.
